The whole world is building purses that have the potential to become enormous, comparable to the wealth of the world's richest people. When each purse is deemed satisfactory by the pair of targeted world leaders, the matches will be scheduled. Cage matches will be fought by the presidents, vice presidents or other top tier world leaders following strict rules sanctioned by a consortium of leading cage fighting adjudication bodies. No flopping will be tolerated and no purse will be awarded in such cases - match kinematics will be logged and post-fight physical damage assessments will be referenced as evidence to prove or disprove validity. Loser receives 1% of bounty to offset medical costs, winner receives 98% of purse (1% admin).
